We develop a series of mood boards which will give an idea of the overall concept. These will outline the overall theme, materials and finishes.

Following feedback from the initial design concept, we will further develop the material palette and present samples of materials. We will also curate a selection of fixtures and fittings and furniture.

Approved designs are converted into drawing pack for handover to contractors.

Koto will work with manufactures throughout the build programme and will be on hand for any issues / decision making.
